JARIR MARKETING COMPANY ANNOUNCES SIGNING AN AGREEMENT WITH A RELATED PARTY

Jarir Marketing Company announces that: A Renewable two-year Leasing Agreement is signed on 14th Oct 2015, so as to lease  a 217m2 office to Jarir Real Estate Company, in Jarir Plaza Building, located in Olaya St., Riyadh. The annual rental price is estimated to SR 156,023 (One hundred and fifty six thousand and twenty three riyals). There are no any especial provisions. The Financial impact will be considered in the 4th Quarter of 2015.

Jarir wants to clarify that Jarir Real Estate Company is owned by some of Jarir Board Members (Related Parties) namely; Muhammad Al Agil, Nasser Al Agil, Abdullah Al Agil, AbdulKarim Al Agil and Nasser AbdulAziz Al Ageel.

It is worth mentioning that this Office in excess of the company and there is no need in any way to take advantage of them at the present time, thus it has been decided to be invested for financial benefit, taking into account the fair value of similar properties leased in the same area.

This agreement will be included in the next general assembly meeting agenda for final approval.
