1- Customers who purchased Huawei Watch GT5 series have the right to exchange or return the device for any reason (even if there is no defect in the device) during the offer period in Saudi Arabia.

2- This service is valid for devices purchased during the period from 04/10/2024 to 30/11/2024.

3-The exchange is valid within 14 days from the date of purchase, even if the purchase was made on the last day of the offer (30/11/2024).

4- This offer applies only on of Huawei Watch GT5 Series.

5- For devices intended for exchange or return, the following points must be taken into cconsideration before starting the exchange or return process:

6- The device must be replaced within 14 days from the date of purchase (as per Proof of Purchase).

7- The device must appear as new and free of any damage (scratches/dents/bends).

8- The device box, all its accessories (charger cable/other accessories) and gifts must be in good condition without any damage.

9- The customer can get a refund if he fulfills the previous terms and conditions.
