The author taught in different countries. She noticed that one of the organizational problems in the United States is ""Lack of Cultural Awareness and Culturally Responsive Teaching"". This concern affects students achievement and success. Everyone comes from different backgrounds. Thus, educators should have cultural awareness and apply culturally responsive teaching to close the achievement gap.
