It is undoubted to say that education is one of the powerful tools that gears the overall development of the mankind. It doesnt mean the mere acquisition of the 3 Rs, rather it has a wider meaning of acquiring skills and talents that are suitable to lead a civilized social as well as personal life. Acquiring higher education is inevitable in the modern society since we have a lot of challenges to meet, especially in grabbing competitive employment opportunities. As M.K. Gandhi rightly said Education is the all round drawing out of the best in child and man - body, mind, and spirit. It is a progressive process that leads a man from the state of savage to that of civilized.
