How do I subscribe to the service?
You can subscribe to the service at the time of purchasing the device from Jarir Bookstore showrooms. It is mandatory to have the device and the Service subscription in the same invoice.

How quickly will I get my device fixed?
We repair or replace within a fixed turnaround time 10-5 business daysThe repair service timeline does not include delays from service fee payment or customers not turning off their Google Account/iCloud/Find My iPhone or removing any user/password/personal data.
What are the criteria for accepting devices for the value protection service? (Y/N)
- The device is not bent, not damaged, or is the battery not swollen?
- The back cover of the device is in good condition (no problem with scratches or light dings)?
- The camera is working well?
- Face ID works well?
- The SIM card works well?
- All buttons work in good condition.
- The screen and device body are not damaged?
- The touch screen works well?
- The screen does not contain spots, marks, blemishes, or signs of damage due to liquids?
- The device is working normally?
Remarks
- In case a replacement with the same specification device is not available, the customer will be notified to choose a different color or a device with closest comparable specifications will be provided.
- Once the device is replaced once or repaired twice, whichever comes first, customer will no longer be able to avail further repair or replacement, and the subscription will end.
- Jarir Protection service can’t be cancelled or refunded.
- This Service is provided by a 3rd party service provider through Jarir bookstore.
- 25% will be deducted from product price in case of Total loss or Repair
