With school terms being mostly a blur into which they not only had to go to school, do their homework, care for their pets, commit to their sports and leisure activities, help their mums and dads, play with their friends, eat, sleep and wash (sometimes), it was always exciting to get to the last day before the summer holidays. Once again, they were especially looking forward to staying with their Uncle Slip and Aunty Belle, down at the coast in what they called smuggler country.
