Frederick Palmer was an American journalist and writer. Born in Pleasantville, Pennsylvania, Palmer attended Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Bliss Peacemaker is Palmers biography of General Tasker Howard Bliss, detailing his life with the inclusion of original letters and pictures. The pictures in this volume are all originals and thus some may be blurry or pixelated.
