There is the need to design and build buildings and places in sustainable and creative ways and Constructivism is an efficient executing Theory for effective pedagogical delivery for the Architecture Design Studio where the grooming of architects takes place. This work adopts Exploration methodology by using critical review of relevant literature and using instruments of interviews and email correspondences with stakeholders resulting in the recommendations of solutions as related in the various conclusions.
