(1) Service Definition
We provide a safe and convenient TV home installation service through our authorized partners. The service includes mounting the TV on a wall mount or table stand, powering it on, and ensuring the device is functioning properly. The service is available for all TV sizes in accordance with safety standards.

(2) Service Scope
- • The service covers televisions purchased from Jarir Bookstore showrooms or the Jarir online store.
- • The installation service includes mounting the TV on the wall using a standard wall bracket (unless otherwise specified). The maximum TV size allowed for the wall bracket is 75 inches.
- • TVs larger than 75 inches can be mounted on the wall, but the service provider bears no responsibility for such installations.
- • Installation will be carried out at the location specified by the customer during or after the order with prior coordination.
- • The service is available in major cities in Saudi Arabia. Fees or schedules may vary in remote areas or locations outside the coverage area.
- • The service does not include moving the device or installation on floors above the third floor unless an elevator is available. If no elevator is available, additional fees may apply, or the service may be refused if safe transportation is not possible.
- • If more than one device is installed at the same location, separate installation fees apply for each device.
- • The service does not include any electrical work, wiring, or modifications to walls or décor.
- • The technician will test the TV after installation to ensure it functions correctly.
- • This service is provided by a third party through Jarir Bookstore.
(3) Installation Schedule
- • Installation appointments are scheduled in advance in coordination with the customer after order confirmation.
- • The customer or an authorized representative must be present at the installation location at the scheduled time.
- • If the customer is unavailable or access is not possible, the service provider may reschedule or charge additional fees.
- • Customers can cancel or modify the appointment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time without fees.
- • Cancellations after this period or unprepared sites may result in deduction of the installation fee or rescheduling charges.
- • If the service provider is delayed due to logistical reasons, the appointment will be rescheduled without additional cost to the customer.
(4) Installation Requirements and Conditions
- • The installation site must be ready and safe, with a suitable power source and sufficient space for the TV.
- • Installation fees must be paid prior to service execution.
- • Wall brackets cannot be installed on metal, wooden, gypsum boards, or decorative panels.
- • The customer must ensure the bracket is compatible with the TV size and specifications. Any damage resulting from using an incompatible bracket is the customer’s responsibility, and the service provider is not liable.
- • The service provider reserves the right to refuse installation on an old or unsuitable bracket to ensure product and site safety.
- • Providing the wall bracket or any necessary accessories or materials for installation is the customer’s responsibility.
- • The installation team’s role is limited to mounting using the materials provided by the customer; the service provider is not responsible for the quality or compatibility of these materials.
- • The service does not include moving the TV between rooms or floors.
- • The service does not include dismantling old devices.
- • The customer must provide a nearby and safe power source for the TV before the installation appointment.

(6) Warranty
- • Installation work performed by the service provider is covered by a 14-day quality warranty from the installation date against any faults resulting from the service.
- • If a manufacturing defect is reported within 7 days from the installation date and confirmed by the technical team or approved supplier, the customer may replace the product according to the warranty policy.
- • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from:
- - Transportation or dropping after installation.
- - Tampering or technical interference by third parties.
- - Misuse or failure to follow operating instructions.
- - Installation in an unsuitable or unsafe environment.
- • Warranty claims are void if the installation has been modified or tampered with by a third party after execution.
(7) Cancellation and Rescheduling
- • Customers may cancel or reschedule the service at least 24 hours before the appointment without fees.
- • Cancellations after this time may result in a deduction of the installation fee or additional charges.
- • If the site is not ready or the customer is absent, installation will be postponed to a later date, and additional fees may apply.
(8) Limitation of Liability
- • The service provider is not responsible for damages caused by improper site preparation, weak infrastructure, or non-compliant electrical installations.
- • The provider’s responsibility is limited to re-performing the service or refunding installation fees if a technical error by the provider is proven.
- • The provider is not liable for indirect losses or financial/compensation claims.
(9) General Provisions
- • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- • The service provider reserves the right to modify prices or terms after notifying customers through official channels.
- • Customer use of the service constitutes implicit acceptance of all terms and conditions.
- • These policies apply to all installation requests executed within Saudi Arabia only.
