• Always check the availability of this service within the details page of any product before you add it to the cart.

• Availability of this service depends on the availability of all products in your cart in the same showroom and you can check that during the checkout.

• Once you choose a showroom and place your order, it’ll be ready for you to collect in just 1 hour if you place your order before 9pm during the showroom’s normal working hours.(1)

• Orders after 9pm will be ready for collection an hour after the showroom re-opens.

Collect from Showroom service is free of charge.

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an SMS with a verification code which must be provided at the "Online Orders Pickup" section to collect the order.

This gives you creative options for collecting the order like:

• You can send your driver or delivery associate to collect the order on your behalf.

• You can also send the order (e.g. as a gift) to anyone anywhere in the Kingdom by choosing a showroom near them (instead of delivering to their address).

Note: The order is kept for 3 days from the first “ready for collection” SMS you receive and in case of not collecting it before then the order will be cancelled.

Orders placed during a holiday will be processed for fulfillment on the first business day after the holiday.

• We always seek to provide the best services to achieve our customer’s satisfaction.

• In spite of our efforts, some exceptional circumstances could cause delays in preparing some orders beyond our usual promise.

• We commit to notifying the customer of such delays and to providing a new date of collection.

• Note that it is within the customer’s right to cancel the order and refund any paid amount if order preparation extends beyond the promised date.
