Jarir Marketing Co. announces the distribution of dividend for period the 2nd Quarter of 2017
The Board of Directors of Jarir Marketing Co. has recommended on 06/08/2017 the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period the 2nd Quarter of 2017 as following:
1. Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 131 Million.
2. Dividend per share SAR 1.45
3. Dividend represents 14.5 % of the Face value.
4. Number of Shares for Dividend 90 Million.
5. The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders whose owns shares on maturity Tuesday, 15/08/2017, and registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the date of maturity.
6. Details of dividend distribution date: Thursday, 24/08/2017.
