1. Promotion is valid for existing and new stc pay customers.

2. Promotion is valid only if customer stc pay account is in active status.

3. Promotion is valid only for stc pay Physical and/or Digital card successful payment transactions.

4. Transaction will be considered successful if the transaction is successfully settled.

5. In case of cancelled transactions, chargebacks, or returns, cashback rewards will be reclaimed.

6. Promotion is valid only for all successful payment transactions during the promotion period mentioned above.

7. Cashbacks are calculated based on the percentage of successful payment transactions.

8. Cashbacks are calculated on the Bahraini Dinar amounts that are successfully settled.

9. Customer is eligible for 2% instant cashback for the successful transactions.

10. The cashback amount will be credited to the customer’s stc pay account automatically and instantly once the transaction is successfully settled.
