How to apply for a Jarir Discount Card?

1. Applying for Jarir Discount Card happens only through Jarir mobile app.

2. You need to download Jarir mobile app and tap “Jarir card” button.

3. Create a Jarir.com account and log-in then fill-out Jarir Discount Card digital application form from the mobile app.

4. Minimum purchase requirement of SR 500 will be automatically verified through the historical transactions under the registered mobile number when it was used in Jarir showroom or online.

5. After completing the successful application, your card will be activated after 24 hours

How to use Jarir Discount Card via Jarir Mobile App in the showroom?

Customer need present their Jarir Discount Card via Jarir mobile app by tapping “Discount card” button then the electronic card will show. Present this to cashier before payment at the check-out and discount will be applied on the qualified items.

How to use Jarir Discount Card on your Jarir.com purchases?

If you applied and received your Jarir discount card using Jarir app then your discount card benefits will be automatically applied whenever you shop in Jarir online. However, you have an option to add your 7-digit discount card manually during the check-out

How to link my existing Jarir Discount Card to Jarir.com account/Jarir mobile app?

1. Download Jarir app and tap “Jarir card” button

2. Tap “Link your existing Jarir Discount Card”

3. Fill the form with your discount card number, mobile, email and National ID/Iqama and tap “Link Jarir Discount Card”

What's the validity of a Jarir Discount Card?

Newly issued Jarir Discount Card has a validity of 3 years. You can also see the expiry period on the card via Jarir mobile app.

How to renew Jarir Discount Card?

The system automatically renews Jarir Discount Cards if there has been at least one single transaction during its validity. If the Card was not used during its validity it will be de-activated.

How can I renew my de-activated Jarir Discount Card?

In case the card do not have any transactions at all, then you need to apply again through Jarir mobile app.
